The rate includes many of our free services: you can park safely in the area reserved for our guests' cars; you will be welcomed into the villa with a welcome drink to refresh yourself after your trip; in the morning you can enjoy the delights of our kitchen (8.00/10.30) and you can still take advantage of our free rental bicycles for your excursions in town (if available).

Standar Rate: There is no payment at the time of booking, a credit card will be required to guarantee it. In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, there is no penalty. After this deadline or in case of NO-SHOW, 100% of the amount will be charged.

Not Refundable Rate: Prepaid rate at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the amount of the stay will be withheld

Cancellation Policy for Groups and Special Experiences
For group bookings (more than 2 rooms) or the purchase of one of our special offers, a 30% deposit is required as a confirmation guarantee. This deposit is refundable for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Beyond this period, or in the case of a NO-SHOW, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
